Yes. Your audio is processed securely, used only to produce your transcription, and discarded immediately after. We never sell your data or use it to train third-party models.
Yes. Select the text first, then hold the key and say what you want. Doggy sends the selection along as context, so instead of dropping a transcript at your cursor it rewrites that text in place — in whatever register your Assistant is set to. The selection never leaves your Mac unless you dictate, and you can turn context off per app or entirely in Settings.
